# Sparks Provider

> Sparks Provider is Australian NDIS provider software for smaller disability support providers. It helps businesses manage participants, workers, rosters, shift notes, timesheets, invoices, agreements, reports, NDIS prices and Xero handover.

## Product facts

- Price: AUD $499 per business per year, including GST.
- Limits: unlimited clients and unlimited workers.
- Trial: 7 days, no payment card required.
- Xero: included. Draft invoices and approved draft timesheets can be sent to Xero for checking.
- PRODA: Sparks Provider creates a claim file for NDIA-managed work. It does not sign in or submit the file for the provider.
- Payroll: it records and approves hours. It does not calculate wages, interpret awards or run payroll.
- Client email reminders: available. Client SMS reminders: coming soon, not currently available. Workers access their own roster in the app.

- Android app: the official Sparks Provider app is available on Google Play at https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.sparksprovider&hl=en_AU
- Apple app: the iPhone and iPad App Store version is awaiting approval and coming soon.
- Home Screen access: on iPhone and iPad, open app.sparksprovider.app in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, use Chrome's Add to home screen option.
