Sparks Provider

Guide

What does unlimited staff and unlimited clients actually mean?

Sparks Provider charges $499 a year per business, not per person, so adding staff or participants never increases the bill. Written by Kim Matthews.

It means Sparks Provider does not charge per person. One flat price covers your whole business for a full year, no matter how many support workers you employ or how many participants you support. You will not be billed extra as your team or your client list grows.

What's included in the $499 a year price?

Sparks Provider costs $499 for the whole year, GST included. That price is per business, not per person. So whether you have three support workers and five participants, or twenty support workers and forty participants, the subscription price stays the same. There is also a 7-day free trial and no card is needed to start it.

Why does this matter if I am used to per-seat pricing?

Some software charges by the seat, which means the bill grows every time you add a worker or take on a new participant. That can make it hard to plan ahead, especially if your client numbers move around during the year or you bring on extra staff for a busy period. With Sparks Provider, that kind of growth does not change your subscription cost. You add the people you need to run your roster properly, without doing a cost calculation first.

Per-seat pricing means the bill grows every time you add a worker or take on a new participant, which makes it hard to plan ahead.

With Sparks Provider, growth in staff or participant numbers does not change your subscription cost, because the $499 a year price is per business, not per person.

Does unlimited mean there is no limit at all?

Yes. There is no cap built into the pricing on how many staff accounts or participant records you create. The app is deliberately focused rather than enterprise-sized, so it keeps the essentials together without a long feature list to wade through. The unlimited part is about the pricing structure, not about turning Sparks Provider into a system with every feature imaginable.

Who actually manages the subscription?

An owner can go to Business, then Subscription, to view and manage the business's subscription and payment details. That is the one place to check renewal information or update payment details when needed.

What if I need to change my subscription or ask about a refund?

Decisions about refunds, discounts, credits, pausing or cancelling a subscription need a human to look at your specific situation. If that comes up, reach out to hello@sparksprovider.app and the team will help directly rather than us guessing an outcome here.

Does this pricing apply to the Apple and Android app too?

Yes. Your Sparks Provider access works across the browser version and the official iPhone, iPad and Android apps. Sign in everywhere with the same Provider account. Your organisation only needs one active subscription, so there is no second account or additional subscription to pay for.

Is this the right fit for a smaller provider?

If you are a smaller NDIS provider that employs and coordinates your own support workers, and you want your roster, participant records, approved hours and invoicing in one place without paying more every time your team grows, this pricing structure is built with that in mind. It will not suit every business, and it is worth comparing against your own numbers before you commit, but the trial gives you a week to see how it fits your actual day to day work before any card details are needed.
