Fast setup
Sparks Provider is designed to avoid long onboarding projects. Set up the business, add participants and staff, then start rostering.
- Add business details, ABN, insurance and invoicing settings.
- Create participant and staff records.
- Use the coming-from-ShiftCare upload tool when you are moving across.
Worker PWA
Workers use the Sparks Provider PWA for the work they need to do, including shifts, notes and timesheets.
Billing
Sparks Provider includes timesheets, invoices, agreements, reports and NDIS pricing. It does not hold, move or process participant funds.
