Is this right for a team with one or two workers?
Yes. Sparks Provider is made for smaller Australian NDIS providers running their own team. Your subscription covers the business, with unlimited clients and workers. It keeps the core weekly work together without a long list of extra modules.
What should I try first?
Start with a small, representative part of your week. Look at the roster, how your team records notes and hours, and how you prepare invoices. You can assess the fit before deciding how to move the rest of your information across. If you need help, email Kim at hello@sparksprovider.app.
What does customer support look like?
Sparks Provider support is deliberately personal and founder-led. You will speak directly with Kim or Ana, who know the platform and the realities of running a provider business, rather than being passed through an outsourced call centre. Cody, the built-in knowledge helper, provides quick guidance inside Sparks Provider. When a question needs a person, it can come through to our team with the context needed to help properly.
What happens after the seven-day trial?
No payment is taken automatically because you do not enter a card to start. You decide whether to continue with the web subscription at $499 a year including GST, for the whole business.
Can I move across from ShiftCare?
Yes. There is a dedicated import tool for supported ShiftCare exports. Import staff, clients, notes and the scheduler in the recommended order, then review matches and any items needing attention. What can be moved depends on the files you export. Email Kim if you would like to talk through your move.
What do my workers use?
Workers sign in to their own account to see their roster, write notes and submit timesheets. They can use the official iPhone, iPad or Android app, or a phone browser. They do not see your business settings or invoicing.
How does Xero fit in?
Xero integration is included. Once connected and set up, you can send invoices and approved timesheets across as drafts for review. Worker and pay-item mappings need to be configured. Sparks Provider prepares the information; it does not pay wages.
Can Provider send SMS reminders to my clients?
Yes. Email reminders are included at no extra cost. SMS is optional: set up scheduled client texts from your roster, choose how far ahead to send them and personalise the wording. You can also send a one-off reminder and check message history. Manage SMS in Provider in your browser. SMS credits are purchased separately from your subscription, starting at $129 for 1,000 credits including GST. One credit covers one SMS part, so longer messages can use more. Texts are send-only; clients cannot reply to the sender.

Yes. The Business area includes a Download all your data option. Your records remain yours. Check the Privacy Policy for retention and account-closure details.
